Magic Sands Home Steps from the Beach - Air conditioned!

Perfect location and amenities for our family needs. Saved money on snorkeling equipment which was well stocked at the home. The wagon and beach tools served our needs well. Home was clean. Well stocked linens. Hal made several local suggestions.

We had a fantastic stay at Hal's place! It's a very short walk to Magic Sands which is a fantastic and lively beach, but even being so close, the house felt quiet and peaceful. The kitchen was well stocked, as we're the beach accessories. Plenty of room for everyone, and very comfortable.

House was beautifully presented and very comfortable - beds comfortable, all the home comforts for a family of 6 adults. Hal was very responsive and friendly, short walk to magic beach - highly recommend staying here

The house was wonderful! The space had everything we could hope for and then some. Hal was communicative and helpful with area recommendations. The kitchen was well stocked, the house had plenty of towels and beach supplies for our needs. We would definitely look to stay here again!

Excellent location. It really is just down the path from the beach. Home is very clean on a very quiet street. Hal was an excellent host, checking in periodically to make sure everything was good and suggesting options of things to do. It was an excellent stay. We will be staying here again on our next trip!

Our recent stay at Hal’s Airbnb was an absolute delight. From my elderly parents to my three kids, everyone in our multi generational group had a fantastic experience. It proved to be a perfect sanctuary during a challenging time. Despite my dad having just had heart surgery and me being on crutches, both limited in our ability to fully enjoy the wonders of Hawaii, we found solace and comfort at Hal’s place, thanks to its thoughtful amenities and perfect location. Hal demonstrated genuine care and attentiveness from the moment we arrived. He took the time to understand our situation, and made sure that we’d have a comfortable stay. The walk-in shower was a game changer, providing me with much-needed accessibility and convenience. The comfortable beds and variety of sleeping arrangements provided flexibility and a haven for rest and recovery. The fact that the kids could navigate into town and to the beaches on foot, provided peace of mind and a level of independence, truly a win-win!

The walk to the beach was 5 minutes which made our stay wonderful. As we could go down for sunrise or sunset but come home to eat and rest. The trolley stoped right by the house so it was easy to explore all Kona had to offer. The bonus game room gave us plenty of space to spread out. We had a great stay the house was clean and had lots of fun beach stuff. Hal was a wonderful host and always responsive to my questions. The upstairs tenets were very quite and respectful. They had lots of great ideas about places to go and eat.

The location of the home is perfect. Close enough to walk to the beach several times a day but far enough that I didn’t hear any of the traffic. Also loved the outdoor shower with hot water! Hal was easy to communicate with and was very generous with a gift after finding out it was our anniversary. There was plenty of space for a family with teens who wants their own space.
